How to 'undo' closed Windows Explorer windows - (Update 2nd)

As I've already wrote about undo closing windows explorer's windows back here, now the time has come to do a little update on this topic, as I've finally found a solution that is free and fully supports Windows 7 and since it is still actively developed I guess it will support Windows 8 as soon as they become available. Solution's name is Listary and does the job of restoring closed Window Explorer windows just like it should. You can configure it to suite your needs and even buy a Pro version if you need it.

Change the default REF switch in Microsoft Word

Recently I was in a need to change how Microsoft Word uses (inserts) references to certain type of resource within document. Maybe you'll never need to do this, but this particular topic is something that Microsoft really can and should improve in any future version of it's word processing tool Word.
